ETHICS AND SUSTAINABILITY:

    • Metal alloys are 100% recycled and sourced in Sydney, Australia. Within the studio all of the metal offcuts are reused and recycled. 

    • All gemstones are ethically sourced and supplied within Australia. 

    • Packaging is always recycled and recyclable. 

    • We are constantly moving towards being an eco-studio, the path towards sustainability is a journey and one we hold to be a continuous effort each day.

HANDMADE PRODUCT ACCURACY:

    • As each piece of jewellery is handmade variations may occur from the pictured product, making each piece unique. 

    • Pearls naturally occur with certain discolourations and marks, I pride myself on using freshwater pearls that large companies would see as ‘imperfect’, this means I use every pearl and can work towards being a zero-waste business.

NATURE OF JEWELLERY: 

    • Please note: certain metal finishes will wear with time, this means they might need to be repolished to bring back their original shine. 

    • Chemicals and intensive labour should not be coupled with wearing your jewellery. 

    • Plating does not last forever and it will wear off over time with wear. 

    • Handmade jewellery can be fragile, please treat our pieces with care. Gemstones can crack with misuse and dislodge if not looked after. Pearls can break with rough handling. Metals are malleable and can bend out of shape with intense wear. 

    • Remove your jewellery when sleeping, swimming, showering and exercising to keep your jewellery in perfect condition. Try to keep your piece away from perfumes, chemicals and food. 

    • To protect your jewellery ensure storing your piece in a dark, cool, dry place.

    • Many factors can influence the condition of your jewellery. Ensuring proper storage, handling and cleanliness will help to keep your piece as close to its original condition. 

RING SIZING: 

    • Where possible, we advise having your finger professionally sized at a local jeweller before placing an order. Otherwise you are welcome to print out our Ring Sizer Chart. 

    • Please note: You need to take the knuckle into consideration when sizing. In some cases the bottom of your finger may be smaller than your knuckle. When purchasing a ring with a wider band you should choose a size ½ -1 size larger.

    • Also note that as each ring is custom made and no refund will be given if the buyer orders the wrong size. An exchange can be made or there will be a $50 charge for resizing.

SHIPPING:

    • Shipping is sent via Australia Post standard airmail with signature on delivery and can be tracked via the Australia Post website

    • All orders are made and packaged in our studio. As some items are made to order shipping time for each item may vary. Items generally take two weeks to dispatch, however please allow up to 4 weeks for dispatch handmade items. This process of handmade to order helps us move towards a sustainable business, your choice of waiting for your item allows us to make this a reality. 

    • Once shipped, your order should take between 2 - 7 business days (Australia) and 3 - 21 business days (International) to arrive. Please note transit times will vary. All orders will come with a tracking number for secured shipping. 

    • Please nominate a current address that is a trusted residence or work place. We cannot be held responsible if incorrect details are given, or if your postal slip is stolen. If you provide us with an incorrect shipping address, and your item is returned to us, you must purchase another postage fee. 

    • Bulky, heavy, multiple items and remote areas could require an additional shipping fee. We will quote you on shipping prior to processing your order if this is the case. Please allow extra time for regional areas.

    • Please note our prices are not inclusive of any taxation or customs charges you may be liable for on your packages entry into your country. Please refer to your country's government website for more information.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

    • As we are a slow made business that believes in making purchases with purpose, we do not offer change of mind, exchange or refunds. 

    • With each piece handmade to order all sales are final and no returns can be made. Please pick your purchases carefully and don’t hesitate to contact us before purchasing. 

    • If a piece has broken on the way or was delivered faulty, please contact us and we will try our best to figure out the best outcome. Please note that handcrafted items will vary slightly due to their handmade nature. 

    • These products are built to last, if you need a repair please don't hesitate to contact us. We hope to create an item that lives its life fully in yours. 

    • We reserve the right not to undertake a repair, or to charge a fee to repair any goods returned after a 6-month period. We are happy to undertake a repair at a fee upon inspection of the item. Exclusions for repairs include carelessness and not following the jewellery care instructions. 

    • In the case of a repair or exchanging a product for replacement the item must be shipped via tracked post, items lost via untracked post will be at the sender's expense.
